Shipping & Delivery

Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.
Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.
Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipment of your packages.
Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields. In order to ship your items in a timely fashion, Amazon.com and its Merchants and Marketplace sellers use a variety of carriers, and we're unable to accommodate requests for specific shippers.

We believe that you, as our online visitor, have the right to know our practices regarding any information we might collect when you visit our website.
For each visitor to the website, our web server automatically recognizes and stores information, such as the visitor IP address and domain name. Protecting your order information is our first concern. Our site makes every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
Important Information

This is mostly some boiler plater privacy policy stuff. We will clarify our policy in the near future but we can assure you we probably care as much or more about your privacy than you do. Just look, we don't have a fackbook page, and we never will. We currently suggest using http://noscript.net/ to block javascript where ever possible. We also use https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4703/ to manually control the use of cookies. We do use Google Analytics to track YOU, if you don't like that than block javascript/cookies from google analytics or perhaps firewall them at your router. Also, since our store is hosted with Amazon we have no control over some privacy issues. If you are concerned about Amazon stealing/losing your personal information, it's probably already too late. This was a compromise we made between ideological purity and practical time constraints. We are happy to hear your thoughts on our privacy policy, and would enjoy reading you thoughts in an email if you are willing to risk disclosing your IP address to our care. Returns & Replacements

• Defective items may be replaced or returned for a refund with free shipping.
• Unless otherwise noted, items that are not defective but are the wrong size, shape, color, etc may be replaced or returned for a refund, however shipping is not covered.
• Consumable items that cannot be reused, such as wire crimp connectors, are generally not eligible for return or replacement once used.
• Please contact sales for RMA information before shipping anything. The goal of this policy is to be fair to both I Heart Engineering and you the buyer, so if you have any questions or concerns please let us know.

This is the general return policy. Item specific return policies will be noted on the item page if applicable.
It is unlikely but these policies are theoretically subject to change.

Payment, Pricing, and Promotions

We accept credit cards and wire transfers. If you would like to request payment terms, please contact sales.

If you have a promotional discount code, please enter it in the field provided on the Place Your Order page, and click the Apply button. You will see your discount applied in the Order Summary box. Alternately, you may enter this code on the Payment Method page.

Automatic Promotional Codes

Some promotional discounts are automatically applied to your order during Checkout. If this is the case, your promotional discount will automatically be applied to qualified orders.
During your online Checkout, you'll see your discount applied on the Place Your Order page, as well as in the order acknowledgement e-mail we will send you.

Returns

Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of free gift or discount.
