Shipping & Delivery
Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.
Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.
Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.
Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipment of your packages.
Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields. In order to ship your items in a timely fashion, Amazon.com and its Merchants and Marketplace sellers use a variety of carriers, and we're unable to accommodate requests for specific shippers.

We believe that you, as our online visitor, have the right to know our practices regarding any information we might collect when you visit our website.
We will ask you to provide personal information on our website shopping cart when you choose to buy a product or service. This information may include your name, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, all of which are necessary to the ordering of products/services on this site. We, and any parent, subsidiary and other affiliated companies may use this information to improve their marketing and promotional efforts as well as to improve the user experience on the website. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your express consent. However, your personal information may be disclosed in the normal scope of business of providing goods and services to customers, including but not limited to, advertisers, third party service providers and law enforcement authorities.
Protecting your order information is our first concern. Our site makes every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
Returns & Replacements
- Defective items may be replaced or returned for a refund with free shipping.
- Unless otherwise noted, items that are not defective but are the wrong size, shape, color, etc may be replaced or returned for a refund, however shipping is not covered.
- Consumable items that cannot be reused, such as wire crimp connectors, are generally not eligible for return or replacement once used.
- Please contact sales for RMA information before shipping anything. The goal of this policy is to be fair to both I Heart Engineering and you the buyer, so if you have any questions or concerns please let us know.
This is the general return policy. Item specific return policies will be noted on the item page if applicable.

Payment, Pricing, and Promotions
We accept credit cards and wire transfers. If you would like to request payment terms, please contact sales.
If you have a promotional discount code, please enter it in the field provided on the Place Your Order page, and click the Apply button. You will see your discount applied in the Order Summary box. Alternately, you may enter this code on the Payment Method page.
Automatic Promotional Codes
Some promotional discounts are automatically applied to your order during Checkout. If this is the case, your promotional discount will automatically be applied to qualified orders.
During your online Checkout, you'll see your discount applied on the Place Your Order page, as well as in the order acknowledgement e-mail we will send you.
Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of free gift or discount.
